A New Vision for The Big Easy

For too long, New Orleans has been held back by the same career politicians making the same empty promises. It's time for real change from someone who has actually created jobs, solved problems, and delivered results.

"The voters of New Orleans are sick and tired of being told to be patient. The economy will improve. Higher-paying jobs are on the horizon. Potholes will be fixed. The pumps will work. The homeless will be housed. Insurance rates will decrease. It's time to stop talking and start doing."

- Frank Scurlock

Together, we can build a New Orleans that works for everyone - where businesses thrive, families feel safe, and our unique culture continues to flourish for generations to come.

MAYORAL CANDIDATE FRANK SCURLOCK CHALLENGES OTHER CANDIDATES TO DONATE TO FUNERAL FUND FOR CHEF CARL MORGAN

Mayoral candidate Frank Scurlock today donated $200 toward the funeral expenses for 36-year old husband and father Carl Morgan, a sous chef at Brennan's Restaurant. Morgan was killed Tuesday during a carjacking incident when Morgan was picking up his son from a mid-city nursery.

"Like many New Orleanians I am deeply saddened by the untimely death of a talented young man like Carl Morgan. The least I could do was contribute to Morgan's funeral expenses. I urge all the other candidates vying for election on October 11 to make similar contributions," said Scurlock.

"New Orleans is in the midst of a crime wave that must be stopped. Too many of our young people - black and white - are dying needlessly. While I appreciate the herculean efforts of the NOPD, I believe we need extra help like the services that the Louisiana National Guard could provide. Let's hope the Guard can work seamlessly with our other law enforcement agencies to get this epidemic under control quickly," Scurlock concluded.

A Message from Frank

A city, like a family, must be built on respect, trust and above all love! Without these there can be no progress, no fun!

Do you trust the candidates? Do you respect what they have done to this point?

I love this city and I know you do too! We have been forgotten and its no fun!

Trust me as much as I respect you, as much as we love this city! Let's make New Orleans fun again!

On October 11th let's remind them that we remember the fun we used to have and the love we have for this city and for one another! I am Frank Scurlock and I am asking for your vote for the love of our city!
